We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager. Commercial construction experience is required and a positive, innovative, teamwork attitude is a must. Only qualified candidates in the commercial construction industry will be considered.

Requirements
- Formal education in construction or engineering with a strong technical knowledge is expected and field experience is a great asset.
- At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
- Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect and contractor.
- Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
- Strong communication skills & leadership ability.
- Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore and other construction related software.
Performance Objectives
- Delivery of quality project that is completed on time, within budget, maintaining all safety protocols with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Mentoring assistant project managers and educating them on how to become a project manager - measured in the annual review process.
- Mastery of our “state of the art” technology system and continuing education – taking classes on safety, latest construction guidelines, etc.
- Maintaining and cultivating sub-contractor relationships.
